Return & Refund Policy
1. General Policy
All Casa Madre Bakery Lab products are made fresh to order and prepared using perishable ingredients. For this reason, all sales are final.
2. Food Items
Food products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once collected or delivered. Refunds or replacements are issued only in cases of incorrect orders, such as receiving the wrong item.
No other refund requests will be accepted, including issues related to personal taste, texture, freshness upon delayed pickup, or improper storage after delivery.
3. Non-Food Items
Non-food items — such as packaging, gift boxes, or accessories sold together with food products — are also non-refundable. These items form part of a combined set and cannot be returned separately or taken back once delivered.
4. Product Quality
All Casa Madre Bakery Lab items are handmade using natural ingredients. Minor variations in shape, color, or texture are part of the artisan process and do not qualify as defects.
5. Reporting an Issue
If you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery or pickup with clear details and supporting photos. Verified cases will be resolved through replacement or refund as applicable.
6. Notify
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
