Delivery Policy
Effective: November 2025

1. General Terms
All deliveries are completed within one working day from the confirmed order date, depending on availability, pre-order timing, or subscription schedule.
Casa Madre Bakery Lab operates strictly on a pre-order and subscription basis — we do not sell or deliver ready-made products. Each item is freshly baked to order.

2. Delivery Areas
Casa Madre Bakery Lab delivers across Dubai and nearby areas. Requests outside our coverage may be arranged based on availability and may incur additional courier fees.

3. Delivery Schedule
Deliveries are made once daily, following the pre-selected time window.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM will be delivered the next working day, as all products are freshly baked to order.
While exact timing may vary due to traffic or location, we always aim to deliver within the possible time slot .

4. Delivery Fees
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery area and courier rates.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details, customer absence, or order refusal, the re-delivery will be processed as a new order with additional fees.

5. Product Care & Packaging
All items are packed in eco-friendly, temperature-safe packaging to maintain freshness and quality.
As products are perishable, please receive and store them immediately upon arrival.

6. Missed Deliveries
If an order is returned to the bakery, the customer remains responsible for the full order payment and any return or re-delivery costs. These will be processed as a new delivery order.

7. Pickup Option
Orders can be collected directly from Casa Madre Bakery Lab during the agreed time window.
For safety and hygiene reasons, entry into the main kitchen or production area is not permitted.
Customers are welcome to receive or inspect their orders from their car upon arrival.

8. International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping due to the perishable nature of our products.
