Overview
By placing an order with Casa Madre Bakery Lab, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. -
Orders & Pre-Orders
All products are made fresh to order. Orders must be placed in advance as stated on our website. Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery.
Orders canceled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable, but a credit note valid for 30 days will be issued. -
Pickup & Delivery
If a customer fails to pick up or receive their order at the agreed date and time, they are fully responsible for any additional delivery or re-delivery charges.
If the order is returned to the bakery, the customer remains liable for full payment, and any return or re-delivery will be billed as a new order.
Uncollected products will be kept for up to 48 hours (bread at room temperature, sandwiches under refrigeration). After this period, items will be discarded with no refunds or replacements.
Casa Madre Bakery Lab is not responsible for the freshness or condition of products not collected on time. -
Product Quality
All products are handcrafted using natural ingredients. Minor variations in color, shape, or texture are normal in artisan production and do not indicate defects. -
Allergies & Dietary Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before ordering.
While we follow strict hygiene standards, all products are prepared in a facility that handles gluten, nuts, dairy, and eggs.
Customers with allergies must inform us of any sensitivities before placing an order. Casa Madre Bakery Lab is not liable for allergic reactions if such information was not communicated in advance. -
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in AED and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed in full at checkout using approved methods. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received. -
Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds or replacements are issued only if an incorrect item is delivered.
We do not accept claims related to taste, texture, or handling after delivery.
Non-food items, such as packaging, gift sets, or accessories sold with food, are also non-returnable and non-refundable, as they form part of a combined order. -
Intellectual Property
All website content, images, text, and branding belong to Casa Madre Bakery Lab. They may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written consent. -
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts. -
